Coffee Bean International, Topco Associates LLC Announce Partnership

Coffee Bean International Selected to Provide Specialty Coffees for new World Classics Trading Company Offering

Coffee Bean International, a premier specialty coffee roaster and wholesaler, and Topco Associates LLC, a member-owned private label procurement cooperative, have announced a new partnership. Coffee Bean International will soon be providing the coffee for Topco's new World Classics Trading Company specialty coffee line.

"We have been searching for the perfect coffee partner for our World Classics Trading Company brand, and we have found it with Coffee Bean International," said Paul Best, director of product and brand innovation at Topco. "Their top quality artisan roasts, combined with their large roasting capabilities and flexibility make them an ideal Topco partner, and we're excited to introduce them to our participating members."

World Classics Trading Company (WCTC) is a private label brand that is available at Topco member grocery chains around the country. The new WCTC coffee line will launch with 13 different varieties, including single origins and blends, and will be available in participating Topco retail member locations beginning in July.

Coffee Bean International will be presenting the WCTC program at the Topco Super Show in Schaumburg, Illinois, on April 27 - 30, 2009.
